As society continues to embrace diversity and move towards an inclusive environment, teachers are not an exception. By dealing with students of different backgrounds and unique needs, teachers must be able to be more socially aware and advocate for their students. Before teachers can get there, they must first address their own biases in order to move forward.

What are some of the biases we have? How can we reflect and address these biases as teachers and educators?
